“With the start of the Covid quarantine, 15 people find their lives intersected in socially-distanced but significant ways, be it through a love of crafting with coffee filters or the mutual appreciation of extreme pranking.

Nikki injures her arm when she has a run-in with the car of James Bond, who works with Nikki’s sister, Cynthia. She likes to date men from 4-6 am, which is exactly the time when Joanne worries about her relationship with Sarah, whose father organizes an art contest for his current students, also accepting the entrance of his former students, Bob and Claire. They live together but cannot stop fighting, so they seek help from an online therapist with a very unconventional way of treating patients.

Between Kitsch & Quarantine balances the weighty matter of a quarantine with the innate need for comedy and entertainment: it is often hilarious, sometimes irreverent, but the expressed sentiments are always very relatable.”
