Phoenixville Public Library will host free mobile home tax reassessment assistance on Thursday, June 9 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. From 2019-21, the Chester County Mobile Home Tax Reassessment Project has helped 756 owners save $833 per home per year! No appointment needed. Please bring your title and/or other home documents (insurance documents, bills of sale/receipts if home purchased in 2019 or later). Assessment assistance will be available in English and Spanish. Assistance provided by United Way volunteers. Partners for this project are Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania, United Way of Chester County, and LCH Health & Community Services (formerly La Comunidad Hispana).
