ABOUT THE EVENT
Phoenixville Public Library will host a free presentation, “Monsters of Pennsylvania”, with author Matt Lake, on Monday, September 22 at 6:30 PM at the Library. Matt Lake is the author of Weird Pennsylvania and has contributed to more than a dozen books in the Weird US series. He brings a wealth of weirdness to the Library for an evening of bizarre beasts and paranormal creatures. From Bigfoot to watery serpents to flying dragons and beyond, this talk takes a leisurely stroll through history from the earliest settlers of Penn’s Woods through this century. There may be some ghosts involved too. Matt will have books available for purchase and signing at the event. This event is free and open to the public and will also be livestreamed on Zoom for those unable to attend in person.
