Movies on Tap, Phoenixville Public Library’s virtual film discussion group for adults in their 20s and 30s, will meet on Zoom Tuesday, December 12 at 7:30 PM. The group will discuss Christmas in Connecticut (1945, not rated). Barbara Stanwyck, Dennis Morgan, and Sydney Greenstreet star in this classic romantic comedy. A food writer who has lied about being the perfect housewife must try to cover her deception when her boss and a returning war hero invite themselves to her home for a traditional family Christmas.
