Movies on Tap, Phoenixville Public Library’s virtual film discussion group for adults in their 20s and 30s, will meet on Zoom Tuesday, June 9 at 7:30 PM. The group will discuss Waterworld (1995, PG-13). Kevin Costner, Jeanne Tripplehorn & Dennis Hopper star in this action/adventure epic. In a future where the polar ice-caps have melted and Earth is almost entirely submerged, a mutated mariner fights starvation and outlaw “smokers,” and reluctantly helps a woman and a young girl try to find dry land. Please watch the film independently prior to the discussion. This event is free and open to the public and will be held online via Zoom.
