In this session, Amy McAndrews, Director of Legal and Compliance Services with the MidAtlantic Employers Association, will discuss the nuances of employment classification, including the distinction between employees and independent contractors, and give insight into how upcoming Department of Labor changes will impact Pennsylvania nonprofits. Jennifer Anderson, Executive Director of Trellis for Tomorrow, will provide real-world insight on implementing these changes in your organization.
