Learn about this tax-smart and flexible way to save for college, sponsored by the Commonwealth and administered by the PA Treasury Department. There are actually two plans: the PA 529 Guaranteed Savings Plan (GSP), which is tied to the rate of college tuition inflation, and the PA 529 Investment Plan which is tied to market performance.
