Join us this Saturday at 5pm for PACS Empty Bowls: “Souper” Bowl Edition, In the Kitchen with Mayor Urscheler. Watch from the comfort of your home as Mayor Urscheler and Executive Director Mary Fuller prepare a simple meal of soup. You’ll see:
- A behind-the-scenes look at how PACS has transformed the 101 Buchanan Street building
- A sneak peek at some of the items that will be featured in our Empty Bowls Online Auction, which goes live Saturday night and continues through Feb. 13th
- Which local restaurants are offering warm soups you can order for takeout the entire week

Empty Bowls is our biggest fundraiser of the year—we truly rely on the proceeds from this event to help offset the costs of storing and distributing much needed food for our community.
