Phoenixville Public Library will host a free “Pennie 101 Health Insurance Presentation” on Monday, October 20 at 6:30 PM. Pennie Outreach rep Jeanne O’Brien will be the presenter. Too many Pennsylvanians go without access to health coverage and may not know what resources exist. Pennie, Pennsylvania’s official health insurance marketplace, can help. Learn more about how Pennie is working to maximize the number of Pennsylvanians with affordable, quality health coverage, including dislocated workers. This session will cover: an overview of Pennie and available financial assistance; Open Enrollment and other opportunities for Pennsylvanians to access coverage; the types of free support Pennie offers to help consumer enroll; and how to refer to Pennie. This event is free and open to the public and will also be livestreamed on Zoom for those unable to attend in person.
