Phoenixville Public Library will host a free talk, “The Pennsylvania Railroad in the Schuylkill Valley”, on Thursday, October 5 at 7:00 PM. Retired radio broadcast technician and former Pennsylvania Railroad worker Carl Landeck presents this slide-illustrated talk, which will highlight the railroad’s history and operations as well as the geography of the Schuylkill Valley.
