Jeff Young and Paul Pinto performed at CAP as part of the 2018 album release tour of their fast-talking electro-acoustic opera, Patriots, called “haunting and humorous” by I Care If You Listen. Now the duo returns to workshop and perform excerpts from an upcoming project about traveling and car rides, featuring new texts, electronics and instruments. Jeff Young (World/Inferno Friendship Society, LUCERNE FESTIVAL ALUMNI) and Paul Pinto (Thomas Paine in Violence, The Great Comet of 1812) are part of the New York composers collective thingNY. $15 suggested donation.
