ABOUT THE EVENT
The Phoenix Book Club will meet on Monday, May 7, 7:00 to 8:30 PM, at Phoenixville Public Library. The group will meet to discuss A Piece of the World by Christina Baker Kline. This New York Times bestselling novel, by the author of Orphan Train, imagines the life story of Christina Olson, the subject of Andrew Wyeth’s painting, “Christina’s World,” describing the simple life she led on a remote Maine farm, her complicated relationship with her family, and the illness that incapacitated her.
