ABOUT THE EVENT
The Phoenix Book Club will meet next on Monday, October 7 at 7:00 PM at Phoenixville Public Library. The group will discuss Donna Tartt’s contemporary classic novel, “The Secret History”. Under the influence of their charismatic classics professor, eccentric misfits at an elite New England college discover a way of thinking and living that is a world away from that of their contemporaries. As they go beyond the boundaries of normal morality, their lives are changed profoundly and forever as they discover how hard it can be to truly live and how easy it to kill. A copy of the book may be reserved at the Library or online at www.ccls.org. This event is free and open to the public. No reservations required.
