Phoenix Book Club: “The Violin Conspiracy”

Monday, November 13, 2023 Phoenix Book Club: “The Violin Conspiracy”

ABOUT THE EVENT

The Phoenix Book Club, Phoenixville Public Library’s virtual book discussion group for adults of all ages, will meet on Zoom Monday, November 13 at 7:00 PM. The group will discuss The Violin Conspiracy by Brendan Slocumb. Ray McMillan is determined to play the violin professionally and no one will stop him–not his mother, the racism in the classical music world. When he discovers his great-grandfather’s fiddle is actually a prized Stradivarius, his star begins to rise. On the eve of the Tchaikovsky Competition, though, it is stolen. A physical copy of this title may be reserved at https://www.ccls.org. A copy of the ebook or eaudiobook may be reserved at https://www.chester.overdrive.com. The public is invited to attend.
