Looking for an opportunity to celebrate your community spirit? Then simply drop by Phoenixville Public Library on Saturday, November 18 or November 25, 2017 between 2:00-4:00 PM where you can make your own Phoenix Wand and be invited to carry yours in the procession up to Friendship Field to the 14th Annual Phoenixville Firebird Festival on Saturday, December 9, 2017.
