Phoenixville Green Team June Forum

The lease or purchase of a solar PV electric system for your home is an investment in your time and money. You have 3 options: Lease, Buy or DIY. This presentation shows what happened when one homeowner considered all three options.

Solar City’s Steve Reynolds will present the lease option, offering a no-money-down option to have renewable energy on your roof that matches or beats the utility rate that you’re paying. Joe Coyle, of Open Sky Energy (a local solar installation company) will present on the opportunities and issues of purchasing and owning PV. Finally, why not Do-It-Yourself? Steve BeeBee, of Phoenixville-based Community Eco Center will discuss the resources being developed to help you get it done, with some Smarts and Parts assistance.
