ABOUT THE EVENT
The Phoenixville Tech Group will hold an in-person gathering at Phoenixville Public Library on Tuesday, September 20 at 1:30 PM. Glenn Musser is the group facilitator. The meeting topic will be “Using Google Photos to Manage Your Digital Pictures”. With Google Photos, all your photos are organized and easy to find. Pictures on your computer or smartphone are safely backed up and labeled automatically.
While the primary focus is on computers, applications, and the Internet, the Phoenixville Tech Group’s programs extend to online security, mobile phones, streaming TV, and more. We particularly welcome those who have no experience with computers or may not even own a computer. Please join our group and learn the basics. Many of our members started from the same base and are now comfortable using computers and the Internet. When we cover the “basics,” we attempt to simplify the material so all can understand.
This event is free and open to the public. Registration for in-person attendance is required at https://ccls.libcal.com/calendar/Phoenixville/google-photos or by calling 610-933-3013 x132. The program is also live-streamed for those who cannot attend in person. You may view the live program stream by clicking the “Enter Online Meeting” link at https://seniortechgroup.com/online. Please try to check in 5 or 10 minutes before the program begins. Email mpinto@ccls.org for more information. Phoenixville Public Library is located at 183 Second Avenue, Phoenixville, PA.
