Depression is an emotional state we all experience but don’t talk about. Find out how to tell if your feelings are a true depressive episode or if the experience is just a reaction to everyday life stressors. Explore new ways to maintain emotional wellness and a healthy lifestyle in this informative presentation.
Nancy King is a licensed professional counselor who has worked in the field for over 25 years. She has been very active in the community and presently runs a successful private practice in the area. With a solution focused style, the issues of depression, drug and alcohol recovery, eating disorders and grief are approached with the goal to improve the quality of one’s life by finding new ways to approach daily living. She has a special interest in women’s issues and helps to provide a supportive environment for women in transition from divorce, mid-life concerns and/or work-related stress.
