ABOUT THE EVENT
Phoenixville Public Library will host a free online class, “Save-Organize-Share Your Digital Photos”, on Thursday, September 16 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. Terri McDowell, Lead Ambassador for Forever, Inc., will be the instructor. Are your photos overwhelming you? Do you have digital pictures on cameras, external hard drives, SD cards, phones, tablets, and computers? Do you have printed pictures in boxes, drawers, and closets? Would you like to find a favorite photo but have no idea where it would be? Are you afraid of losing your digital photos if your computer crashes or your phone is lost? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then this class is for you. The class will help you to know what to look for when tackling your photo mess so you can turn it into a beautifully organized collection of memories that your family will enjoy for generations. You will learn the basics of photo organization and learn about the different options available for digitizing media, considerations for storing photos and videos, and the importance of saving, organizing, and sharing your precious memories and photos.
This event is free and open to the public and will be held online via Zoom. Registration is required at https://ccls.libcal.com/calendar/Phoenixville/save-organize-share or by calling 610-933-3013 x132. Email mpinto@ccls.org for more information.
