Phoenixville Public Library will host a free online/phone seminar by Ruggiero Law Offices LLC on the SECURE Act on Monday, July 13 at 7:00 PM. Effective January 1, 2020, new tax legislation was enacted, the Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement Act, known as the SECURE Act. This legislation makes several changes to tax laws that affect IRAs, 401Ks, trusts and 529 Plans and could have a significant impact on your retirement, estate, and legacy planning. Learn how to navigate through these new provisions in this free seminar. This event is free and open to the public, and will be held online and by phone via Zoom.
