ABOUT THE EVENT
Phoenixville Public Library will host a panel presentation on senior living options on Thursday, June 22 at 7:00 PM. Panelists will discuss different types of senior living facilities, questions to ask when considering a move or visiting a senior living facility, and other alternatives that afford individuals the opportunity to “age in place”. Panelists include Carlene Pierce, LPN, PCHA, ALA, Assisted Living Administrator: “Navigating the Assisted Living Decision”; Linda Detwiler, LPN, Director of Home Care: “How Seniors Can Safely Age-in-Place in Their Homes While Providing Peace of Mind for Family Members”; and Gwen MacDonell, Community Sales Director: “Considering Senior Living Options, How Do I Know if I am Making the Right Choice?”. The panel will be moderated by Brenda Litwin, Senior Living Liaison, Phoenixville Hospital. This event is free and open to the public.
