ABOUT THE EVENT

Phoenixville Public Library will host a free online “Shoulder Pain Workshop” with Dr. Charlie Johnson, Physical Therapist, on Thursday, May 7 at 7:00 PM. Do you have shoulder pain while reaching overhead? Does your shoulder pain make it difficult to reach behind your back? Is your shoulder pain (or arm pain, numbness, or tingling) keeping you up at night? Do you experience weakness in the shoulder that keep you from doing the things you want to do? Are you worried that things could get worse if you do nothing about it? If you’re dealing with shoulder pain (or have a stubborn spouse who is in denial), this workshop may be a life-changing event for you.

You will learn: the #1 single biggest mistake people make which actually stops them from healing; the three most common causes of shoulder pain; how a problem in the trunk or legs could be the root cause of your shoulder problem; a sure-fire way to pick the right treatment for the cause of your pain (and save you a ton of time and money); and what successful treatment and permanent relief look like without the side effects of medications, injections, or surgery.

This event is free and open to the public and will be conducted online via Zoom. Reservations are required on the Adult Events Calendar at www.phoenixvillelibrary.org in order to receive an invitation to attend this online event. For more information, e-mail mpinto@ccls.org.
