ABOUT THE EVENT
We’re thrilled to announce an exciting upcoming event hosted by PCHF, the Phoenixville Office of Emergency Management and Ann’s Heart! Join us on August 13th for an engaging and interactive Tabletop Exercise (TTX) designed specifically for nonprofit organizations!
A Tabletop Exercise is a scenario-based training designed to guide participants through a simulated emergency. This collaborative, community-focused event will allow nonprofit leadership and staff to practice decision-making, coordination, and response protocols in a low-stress, discussion-based setting.
Whether you’re focused on disaster response, operational continuity, or community services, this exercise will help identify gaps, strengthen collaboration, and improve your organization’s readiness for real-world challenges.
What to Expect:
A realistic, nonprofit-focused emergency scenario
Facilitated discussions around roles, responsibilities, and actions
Insights on continuity planning, resource coordination, and communication
Networking lunch with peer organizations and local partners
An emergency preparedness toolkit for future use at your organization
Who Should Attend:
