“Train the Trainer” Three Day Intensive Workshop

ABOUT THE EVENT

BiZTRACT, the innovative training, event, and shared workspace location in Great Valley Corporate Center is partnering with TrainSmart to present Train the Trainer February 22 through February 24.  The three-day workshop is the only “instructor-led” train-the-trainer program certified by the International Board of Certified Trainers (IBCT).  This is the first time this workshop is being offered in the greater Philadelphia area.

• Present and facilitate between 5-7 segments
• Present a 10-20 minute final training project on a subject of their choice
• Receive a recorded practice session with feedback and coaching from the participants and the facilitator
• Gain a strong foundation in critical training skills and will be introduced to new approaches for delivering powerful training
