Phoenixville Public Library will host a free “Veterans Benefits Seminar” on Veteran’s Day, Monday, November 12 at 7:00 PM. Attorney Rebecca Hobbs of O’Donnell, Weiss & Mattei, P.C. will be the speaker. This informational seminar on Veterans Administration benefits will address the application process, asset and income requirements, and pensions. This event is free and open to the public.
