ABOUT THE EVENT
Phoenixville Public Library will host a free virtual presentation, “What’s On Your Plate? Supporting Yourself with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy”, on Thursday, September 17 at 7:00 PM. A therapist from Child Guidance Resource Center will be the speaker. Explore evidence-based ways to manage stress and anxiety, stay positive, and care for your mental health. In the session, you’ll learn some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques including talk reframing negative thoughts, different thinking styles, activating positive behaviors, and more.
