Registration Closes: June 1st, $10 late fee after May 25th
Registration forms can be dropped off at the Phoenixville Rec. Center (123 Main St.)
or mailed to the PAPA office (400 Franklin Ave., Suite 226 Phoenixville)
Volunteer as a coach!!!
Games are played on Sundays, Father’s Day till mid August (make up games are Wednesday evenings)
Make your own practice schedule
Must have your child and criminal background clearances
