The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s (DEP) 2026 Small Business Advantage Grant Program is now open for applications.
These grant funds can be used by Pennsylvania small businesses to increase energy efficiency, reduce pollution, or protect the natural resources of Pennsylvania relating to their business operations.

Application deadline: March 19, 2027, or until all available funds are committed

Total funding available: $1 million

Maximum grant: Up to $12,000, depending on project eligibility and location
Grant funding can cover up to:

50% or $7,500 for eligible projects

65% or $9,750 for eligible projects located in an Environmental Justice Area or projects demonstrating significant environmental savings
-
80% or $12,000 for eligible projects that are both located in an Environmental Justice Area and demonstrate significant environmental savings
