We’re so fortunate to have several past Code Blue program staff members returning to work at The Purcell House (our new long-term emergency housing program), but we are in need of additional staff to supplement the shifts. Below is information on the shifts available, along with salary information.
Residential Support Specialists (both daytime and overnight available)
Part-time $16 – $18/Hr
Available Shifts:
RSS 1 (Daytime) – Saturdays / Sundays – 8:30A – 4:30P
RSS 2 (Daytime) – Daily – 4:30P – 12:30A
OSS (Overnight) – Daily – 12:00A – 9:00A (staff is permitted to sleep but must be able to wake for guest needs or emergencies)

RSS will need to be able to calmly and respectfully interact with staff and volunteers, climb multiple flights of stairs, lift up to 25 lb (supplies/boxes), and communicate effectively with leadership and fellow staff members. Ann’s Heart covers all training costs and background checks, including first aid / CPR / AED training.
