Business Office Lead
This position supervises the day-to-day activities of the hospital’s Main Line surgery center, educates patients, families, and personnel on departmental policies and procedures, and ensures a high degree of patient satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, three to five years of relevant experience, working knowledge of Word and Excel, and patient registration, mediation, and resolution skills.
Patient Care Technician/Telemetry Monitor Tech
This position monitors patients’ heart rates and reports important changes to nursing staff, performs assigned clerical and unit-related activities, and assists the unit’s registered nurses as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one year of direct patient care experience, previous cardiac monitoring experience, and CPR certification.
Social Worker – Regional Rehab Unit
This position interviews clients and their families and coordinates and plans programs and activities to meet their social and emotional needs, provides crisis intervention counseling, and helps families understand the implication and complexities of the medical situation.
The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in social work, two to four years of experience in the field or a related area, and familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures standard in the field.
