Join me in congratulating Steve Tullman and his staff on winning an Achievement Award from The Hospital & Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania (HAP) for the hospital’s Healthy Baby Program. Statement Regarding the Recent COVID-19 Vaccine Phase 1A Additions and Vaccine Supply

The Chester County Health Department is processing the impact of the recent changes made by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, moving those over the age of 65 and those 16-64 with certain medical conditions into Phase 1A. This change adds 90,000+ eligible people to Phase 1A, a large increase of eligible people for Phase 1A. Gov. Wolf Announces Lifting of Time Limited Mitigation on Jan. 4, Dashboard to Track Progress of COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution

The time-limited mitigation orders put in place on Dec. 12 have helped to begin flattening the curve of new cases following the post-Thanksgiving surge in Pennsylvania. Chester County Commissioners offer second round of Main Street Preservation grants to help county’s small businesses impacted by COVID-19

WEST CHESTER, PA_ The Chester County Commissioners approved today a further $10 million in funding to support small businesses and agricultural enterprises impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
