PHOENIXVILLE – The Phoenixville Community Education Foundation (PCEF), a charitable corporation dedicated to improving public education in the Phoenixville area, invites the community to attend its 2016 Phantom Fundraiser. Formerly the Winter Fundraiser, the Phantom Fundraiser raises money to fund learning programs and initiatives that benefit students, teachers, and principals throughout Phoenixville Area School District (PASD).
