The Chester County Planning Commission is seeking public input on its forthcoming updates on its comprehensive plan. The current plan, Landscapes 2 will be replaced by Landscapes 3, the countywide vision for the future.
Over the next 30 years in Chester County we anticipate:
● 145,000 additional residents
● 87,000 additional jobs
● 55,000 additional housing units
