The Chester County Planning Commission is seeking public input on its forthcoming updates on its comprehensive plan. The current plan, Landscapes 2 will be replaced by Landscapes 3, the countywide vision for the future.
Over the next 30 years in Chester County we anticipate:
● 145,000 additional residents
● 87,000 additional jobs
● 55,000 additional housing units
● 87,000 additional jobs

What is a comprehensive plan?
A comprehensive plan is a road map that establishes public policy to guide decisions on land use, transportation, economic development, housing, public facilities, and natural and historic resources.
