(WEST CHESTER, PA – March 28, 2022): On Monday, March 21 Chester County Community Foundation supporters converged at Whitford Country Club in Exton to sample the best-of-the-best created by Chester County’s finest dessert chefs and caterers at Sweet Charity. Guests voted the Chocolate Peanut Butter Meltaway created by The Master’s Baker as their favorite in the “Popular Vote” category. The Community Foundation thanks all of the Sweet Charity dessert competitors for their time and talent: Cakes & Candies by Maryellen, Dragonfly Catering, Drexelbrook Catering at the Franklin Commons, John Serock Catering, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Robert Ryan Catering & Design, The Master’s Baker, and Whitford Country Club.
Chester County Community Foundation Chair of the Board Michael DeHaven, CPA noted, “Sweet Charity was especially exciting this year as it was the first time many of us have gathered in person for an event in two years! We brought together community members, philanthropists, business associates, and friends to share our mission: to connect people who care with causes that matter. We are thankful to the fantastic restaurants and caterers who took the time and energy to contribute their scrumptious desserts, as well as the patrons, sponsors, and volunteers who made the evening a success.”
