So what type of Movie Stars are we looking for??? Future stars who have a valid class C or B CDL P&S endorsements. They must maintain a clean driving record, be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and any post-employment random screening of drugs or alcohol. They must have good reading, writing and verbal communication skills. They must have a strong knowledge of the geographic area in Southeastern PA, including the city and surrounding suburbs. They also must be able to operate company technology used for communication with the dispatch department. What attributes are ideal for this role… You must be willing to deliver superior customer service. You should always present a neat and well-groomed professional appearance and demeanor. Punctuality with perfect attendance is business critical. You should always be rested and alert when reporting to work. The ability to make sound and quick decisions is extremely valuable. Reliable and dependable will ensure their success. Can you anticipate problems and devise safe and accurate solutions? This is for you. You will need to be able to work well with others and understand how important it is to escalate issues. What other requirements should I consider before applying… You will need to be able to sit for long periods of time, operating a vehicle with attention to safety. You will need to able to see and hear clearly both during the day and at night. You must be able to speak English fluently and in a manner that is easily understood by customers and co-workers.
