Trappe, PA, January 17, 2017 – Kevin Smith Transportation Group, a luxury limousine and transportation
company which services the entire Delaware Valley, announced today a donation to the Abramson
Cancer Center of the University of Pennsylvania where over the next 5 years, they will provide
transportation services to breast cancer patients in-need, a service valued at $250,000.
“We spend a lot of time discussing how we want to be defined as a company” says CEO and Owner
Kevin Smith. “Our hope is that this partnership is just the beginning of how we want to brand ourselves
from a charitable perspective. To be honest, we really hope that our continued maturity as a company
will allow us to not only increase the size of this donation but also allow us to partner with many other
well-deserving local charities.”
Kevin Smith Transportation Group also announced the purchase of a brand new 28 foot Lincoln MKT
stretch limousine, which will be branded with some of the more traditional slogans of breast cancer
charities and painted a soft, healthy pink. “While the vehicle will be used for services being donated to
the Abramson Cancer Center” added Mr. Smith, “we hope to leverage the vehicle to drive additional
charitable dollars through the use of the limousine as a silent or live auction “Night on the Town” prize.
Additionally, 5% of the proceeds for every direct booking of the stretch will go directly to the Abramson
Cancer Center of the University of Pennsylvania.”
