Benchmark Federal Credit Union – who recently opened a new branch in Phoenixville – has opened a call for Chester County-area students to compete for five college scholarships totaling $15,000. The essay prompt (something we all think about, student or not!) is “How will I make an impact in my community based upon the secondary education I plan to receive?”. In Fall 2016, Chester County Residents were encouraged to show the Chester County Planning Commission their favorite places in Chester County through a photo contest.
