The time-limited mitigation orders put in place on Dec. 12 have helped to begin flattening the curve of new cases following the post-Thanksgiving surge in Pennsylvania. WEST CHESTER, PA_ The Chester County Commissioners approved today a further $10 million in funding to support small businesses and agricultural enterprises impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
