Temporary Open Air Business Setup in Phoenixville

On June 5th, Governor Wolf authorized Chester County to enter into the Yellow Phase of his Re-opening Plan. At this time, the Borough has not approved or processed any Outdoor Café Permits. Accordingly, outdoor dining on Borough sidewalks is not permitted at this time.
