Webinar to explain grant eligibility and the application process scheduled for Thursday, May 7 at 10:00 a.m. A grant program created at the request of the Chester County Commissioners provides funding for small businesses and agricultural enterprises in the county that were unable to take advantage of any federal and commonwealth existing COVID-19 response programs. Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Health today confirmed as of 12:00 a.m., May 2, that there are 1,334 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 48,305. All 67 counties in Pennsylvania have cases of COVID-19. Today, the department reported 64 new deaths, bringing the statewide total to 2,418 in Pennsylvania.
