Berks Catholic High School is Among the Recipients WYOMISSING, PA – Tompkins VIST Bank today announced that it has committed $291,250 in 2019-2020 donations to youth education organizations that qualify under the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program.
