A Chester County brewing company is among the fastest-growing in the United States, according to the Brewers Association. Crowded Castle Brewing Co. in Phoenixville, Pa., is the third fastest-growing small brewery in the United States, making it the only beermaker from the Philadelphia region to make the Brewers Association’s 2017 list. Phoenixville Pennsylvania has been making changes to its liquor control laws over the last couple of years. How those laws are affecting the craft brewing and distilling industry was the topic of discussion in Phoenixville Wednesday. State Rep. Warren Kampf (R-157th Dist.), a member of the Pa.
