Once again, the Phoenixville Candlelight Holiday Tour will be held Saturday December 3 from 3-7pm. Held annually the first Saturday of December, the tour features beautifully decorated homes, houses of worship and adaptive re-use.
This year’s tour will feature twelve facilities including eight homes, two houses of worship, adaptive re use and the oldest house in Phoenixville.
Points of interest include brass choir concerts, violin music, abundant holiday decorations including one home with a fully decorated tree on each floor, a vintage doll house, caroling, and refreshments along the way.
All tour proceeds benefit Ann’s Heart Code Blue Shelter and the Firebird Childrens Theatre. Patrons will have the opportunity to view the Ann’s Heart Shelter when visiting Sacred Heart Church, one of the most beautiful structures in Phoenixville.
Tour tickets are $25 and can be purchased online at https://phxholidaytour.weebly.com or in person at Forestas Market, Ellie’s Choice or Phoenixville Hardware (True Value). Patrons may also purchase tickets the day of the tour. Programs and tickets will be available from 2:30 on at First Presbyterian Church, 145 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460. First Presbyterian Church is celebrating its 170th anniversary and will be the starting point for the tour. The brass choir concerts will be featured there. Parking for tour patrons will be available in the church parking lot across the street.
