PHOENIXVILLE:
The American Craft Spirits Association (a registered non-profit trade group representing the U.S. craft spirits industry) has awarded five medals to local distillery Bluebird Distilling at their annual awards event, held this year in Chicago. Of the five categories in which Bluebird competed, they received a medal in each one. Their Vodka, Whiskey, and Sugarcane Rum were awarded silver medals, while their Four-Grain Bourbon and Juniperus Gin took home the bronze. Considering the relative youth of the enterprise, this recognition is even more laudable.
This local spirits manufacturer continues to move from strength to strength, and we at the Chamber of Commerce are proud that they have chosen Phoenixville as their home.
Bluebird Distilling, located on 100 Bridge Street, was founded by Jared Adkins and opened in 2015.
