Phoenixville Borough will lift its Snow Emergency at 8:00 pm March 14, 2017. Parking will be allowed on Snow Emergency Routes at that time.
Trash collection was suspended on Tuesday. Residents in those neighborhoods will have their trash and recyclables picked up on Saturday, March 18, 2017.
