The Future of Workforce Is Apprenticeship
Join us for this industry-focused event and discover why “The Future of Workforce is Apprenticeship”. We will explore the transformative potential of apprenticeships in the labor market and their benefits for organizational growth. We will also share the details of the recently registered MontcoWorks Apprenticeship Program for Information Technology or “MAP IT @ Montco”.
Our keynote presentations will feature insights from the U.S. Department of Labor and the PA Department of Labor and Industry on the significant social impacts of apprenticeships; as well as, insights and experiences from a global company that has embraced apprenticeships to grow their talent pipeline while fostering community support and enhancing their brand.
MCCC is a significant hub for IT training in our region and beyond, serving over 150 schools as a Cisco Academy Support Center and Instructor Training Center. Larry Byron, our director of workforce development for IT will provide a detailed overview of how companies can participate in MCCC’s registered apprenticeship program for IT generalists.
Secure your place today to connect with industry leaders and policymakers, expand your network, and equip your organization with strategic insights into leveraging the power of apprenticeships.
