The Renaissance Academy Board of Trustees is seeking applicants for at-large board members.
The Board maintains the Mission and Vision, sets policy, and provides leadership. Members have responsibility for the school’s governance and operation from a strategic standpoint and are accountable for legal compliance, financial stewardship, academic performance, and more.
Board members must have a sincere interest in the success of the school and be able to donate the time required to ensure that success. Currently, the full board meets one evening a month. Board members are also expected to participate in at least one subcommittee; these also meet about once per month. Additionally, about an equal amount of time is required outside of meetings.
