WYOMISSING, PA – Tompkins VIST Bank yesterday announced that Carmen Gambone has joined the company as vice president, commercial banking manager with an emphasis on commercial real estate lending. In his position, he is responsible for developing new commercial loan and deposit relationships with customers in the Delaware Valley.
A veteran of more than 20 years in banking, he previously was with Firstrust Bank.
Gambone, of Lansdale, has a bachelor’s degree from Lycoming College. He is active in the community, including having served as a board member of the Corpus Christi Catholic Youth Organization.
Also, Tompkins VIST Bank announced that Jeremy J. Anderson has been named the Branch Manager at the Oaks branch office. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing branch operations, supervising staff and developing customer commercial loan and deposit relationships. He previously served as the Branch Manager at the Tompkins VIST Bank Blue Bell office.
A veteran of 10 years in banking, Anderson, a vice president, joined Tompkins VIST Bank in 2011. He previously was with PNC Bank.
Anderson, of Harleysville, is a graduate of Montgomery County Community College’s Accounting program and is pursuing a bachelor of Accounting degree at Temple University. He is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society.
Active in the community, he is a member of the Blue Bell Rotary; is treasurer and board member for the North Penn Special Education County; is a volunteer tax preparer for the United Way/VITA program; and is an educator with the Operation Hope Financial Literacy program.
