Tri-County Hospitalists, LLC is eager to announce it will begin to better serve patients in the Phoenixville area in the fall.
Starting this October in Phoenixville, PA, TCH will offer an array of services under one roof.
Our team of qualified physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants serve at hospitals, nursing homes and urgent care centers throughout Montgomery and Chester Counties, Bristol and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Many of our providers, patients and employees belong to the Phoenixville community, which is why we chose to build the Tri-County Health and Wellness Center at 507 Kimberton Road.
TCH has grown tremendously since its birth in 2013. We began serving 20,000 people in the Pottstown community with only five clinicians. Today, we have grown to 30+ providers, touching approximately 100,000 lives each year.
Services that will be provided in Phoenixville include Medical Spa, Primary Care, Urgent Care and Addiction Medicine.
President and CEO of Tri-County Health and Wellness, Dr. Navneet K. Sharma, MD, has been practicing as a physician for 16 years in the greater Philadelphia area. Living in close proximity to the center on Kimberton Road, Dr. Sharma is eager to better serve the community where he lives.
