The Chester County OIC, Phoenixville Social Concerns Committee and the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation is excited to be facilitating the Phoenixville Youth Initiative (PYI), an eight-week summer employment program designed to help low-income, at-risk youth ages fourteen through nineteen in the Phoenixville area.
